Provides a field widget for file-fields that uses the vmsg HTML5/JavaScript library for in-browser recording.

Installation and Setup
See the README.md for detailed instructions. Due to the usage of external libraries, installation via Composer requires a number of tweaks to your project's root composer.json to allow installation of npm assets into your libraries/ directory.

An included submodule provides integration with Webform, providing an "Audio recorder" file-upload element.
