Module Description
This module attempts to download the highest quality thumbnails available from YouTube or Vimeo when a video is added. It's based on the suggestion in #2525808: How to customize video player (autoplay and such) ?, but built for Drupal 8+.

Note: Currently this module depends on the core patch from #3042423: Add a hook to modify oEmbed resource data to work.
