Module Description
A module with garland and snow decoration that creates longlasting atmosphere of New Year and Merry Christmas for you and the users of your website.
The difference of the module from the existing ones:
* All New Year's and Merry Christmas functionality in one module.
* Ability to specify the time interval of the module
* The garland automatically descends under the toolbar, rather than hiding behind it (if the toolbar is in use)
* The garland is automatically lowered under the bootstrap navbar fixed, and does not overlap the menu (if the bootstrap navbar fixed is used)
* The ability to choose the color of snow in the settings (on the "white" sites white snow is not visible)
* It is possible to use minified libraries, if any.
