Transliteration for all uploading files (includes fields and CKEditor inline uploads)
How to use: just enable module as usual. All new file names will be:
* Transliterate to Latin characters.
* Make everything lower case
* Replace spaces with dashes
* Remove remaining unsafe characters
* Remove multiple consecutive non-alphabetical characters
It works "out of the box", the module doesn't allow any configuration
