Module Description
The LightGallery module integrates the jQuery lightgallery plugin with drupal. jQuery lightgallery is a customizable, modular, responsive, lightbox gallery plugin for jQuery.
* Integrates with the views module.
* Provides a field formatter for image fields
For now only lightgallery version >1.x is supported, we recommend the latest 1.x version available(1.10)

Version 7.x
The Drupal 7 version is looking for maintainers, currently this version is not recommended, but feel free to use it and open any issues.
Version 8.x
The Drupal 9 version is supported and maintained, if you choose to use this version please use the latest 1.x version of lightgallery(1.10).
Version 2.x
There's a plan available at #3209914: [Plan] - Create a new semantic version for v2 of lightgallery, and the idea is to have a new branch working with lightgallery version 2.
