Module content CKEditor 5 Premium Features module will provide instant integration of popular CKEditor 5 premium features. At the moment the module includes a set of content collaboration solutions that allow users to centralize content creation and review processes in CKEditor 5, as well as file format converters.

Collaboration
With collaboration features, users can collaboratively author, review, and have discussions about their content right within Drupal. This is meant to eliminate the distraction of switching between different applications or having to copy-paste between them to finalize content.

Collaboration Features include:


* Track changes to suggest changes in the content.
* Comments to discuss by commenting anywhere on the content
* Revision History to create, view, compare, and restore content versions
* Real-time Collaboration to see who made what changes simultaneously

To top it all, there is also a configurable notifications system to stay up-to-date whenever someone mentions you in a document, comments, accepts/rejects suggestions, replies to your comment, and so on. You may use your own plugin for notifications to get e.g. notifications on Slack.

Productivity pack
The productivity pack is a set of exclusive premium features for the CKEditor 5 WYSIWYG editor, that make editing faster, easier, and more efficient.

The Productivity Pack features include:


* Document outline lists the headings of the document next to the editor.
* Format painter lets you copy text formatting (such as bold, italic, font size, color, etc.) and apply it in a different place in the edited document.
* Slash commands lets you execute a command or any custom action by writing its name or alias directly in the editor.
* Table of contents lets you insert a widget with a list of headings (section titles) that reflects the structure of the document and will be retained in the editor output data.
* Templates allows you to insert predefined content structures into the document.

Export to PDF & Word
The module also provides the ability to export your content to popular portable and cross-platform formats with the following features:


* Export to Word
* Export to PDF

Although fully stable and available in CKEditor 5, these converters are still experimental for Drupal at the moment, while we are working on the file output to look great.

Import from Word
The Import from Word feature allows you to easily import .docx (Word document files) or .dotx (Word template files) into your editor content, retaining formatting and rich media and collaboration data.

Full screen mode
The full screen mode is a free-to-use plugin that allows maximising the editing area. It is especially useful when using the Document outline feature or having long content in the editing field.

Installation Use composer to install the module:

composer require drupal/ckeditor5_premium_features
