Module Description
A simple module for inserting tooltips on the page via ckeditor.
Until version 8.x-3.x jquery ui tooltip library was part of core so the module doesn't have any other dependencies than core. As this library has been removed from D9, the 4.x branch depends on jquery_ui_tooltip module.

Configuration Configure which CSS selectors will trigger the tooltip on /admin/config/user-interface/tooltip-ckeditor.
