Module Description
This project allows adding alternate hreflang for external sites (not languages in Drupal).
This project requires metatag project and to complete it just access your metatag configuration and you'll check a new field called "External Hreflang".
Scenario: We have a site in Drupal for one country / market and it's other country sites are managed by different team or may it is separate Drupal installation.
Site 1: US with languages EN, ES, FR Site 2: UK with language EN Site 3: FR with languages EN, FR
Now if we want to add reference (hreflang) of FR of Site 3 in Site 1, this module is for you.
