Module Description
This is a straightforward module that does one thing. This sets the revision log message required on node edits with the default form_node. It will not require it for the creation of a new node but will require it for any changes to existing nodes.
When the module is installed, it requires revision log information on all node changes, regardless of whether the "Create new revision" option was chosen on the content type.
